Breed: Pit Bull Mix
Weight: 55 lbs
Posted 9-29-20. Junior is a 2-year-old, 55-pound brindle pit bull mix that was rescued from a life of neglect by a kind citizen. He is overall a very well trained dog and he is neutered and in excellent health. Unfortunately his person does not have the time, money, or space to keep him any longer. He is an extremely sweet dog with immense amounts of love to give. He gets along with other dogs, and he is currently living with cats and there have been no problems. When he meets kids when out on a walk, they can pet him and he's always very sweet to them. He walks well on a leash, but will occasionally pull if he sees a squirrel or deer. He is potty trained and he is also good on long car rides. Junior is not an AFRP dog and he currently lives in Pacific Grove, CA. His person is willing to drive anywhere in state if that means finding him the perfect home. For more information please contact Elizabeth at 209-272-6061 or firstname.lastname@example.org

Currently in a foster home, Blondie is spayed, vaccinated, crate trained, leash trained and knows how to use a puppy pad. Blondie loves to go on walks and she is friendly with other small dogs and cats. She is a bit frightened of larger dogs. Blondie is a very affectionate and sweet pup that has some slight tics and twitches from being a distemper survivor. Can you give this special dog a loving home? She is not an AFRP dog and currently lives in Mexico. Her foster mom is willing to deliver her to her new family. Breed: Siberian Husky
Weight: 80 lbs
Posted 9-16-20. This is Mishka. She's an 9-month-old 80-pound spayed female Siberian Husky in need of an active, loving home. Her family had her since she was a puppy, but need to find her a new home due to some changes in family circumstances. Mishka is house trained and crate trained and enjoys meeting new people and playing with other dogs. She has not met cats, but this breed typically has some prey drive so a cat-free home would probably be best. This smart and easily trained dog knows how to sit, stay, shake, lay down. She does not jump up and walks nicely with a harness, pulling only when she gets excited. Mishka is basically a big baby that loves attention and belly rubs! She'll be a wonderful addition to an adopter that understands the mental and physical needs of Northern breed dogs. Mishka is not an AFRP dog and currently lives in the Sacramento area. Breed: Pit Bull terrier mix
Weight: 58 lbs.
Posted 10-8-19. Simon is a sweet and loving 58-pound pit bull terrier mix that will be 2 years old on Christmas Day, 2019. He's in need of a new home because his guardian is relocating and cannot take him along. He's a smart and silly guy that gets along great with other dogs, kids and cats. He knows his basic obedience commands and hand signals, and he's pretty reliably house trained. Simon is a healthy dog but was born with a neurological condition that causes his legs to be a little unsteady. His front legs give out from time to time, and his back legs have tremors. He can walk and run with his awkward gait, but long walks are not his thing. He also has an underdeveloped lower jaw, which gives him a big overbite - but he can eat and drink just fine. Simon is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Can you help this special dog? Simon is not an AFRP dog and currently lives in San Jose.
