Hi, I'm Lucy. Adopt Me!

Tabby

Brown

Senior, Female

Senior Special – Adoption Fee Waived! Lucy is a very sweet 14-year-old classic brown tabby with a striped and swirled coat. At one time she weighed 17 pounds, but over time her foster mom has helped her lose 5 pounds! She now weighs a healthy 11 pounds and she is feeling great. Lucy was adopted from AFRP as a kitten, and came back to our care when her guardian could no longer care for her. Lucy is a super gentle cat that enjoys lap time, napping on cozy blankets and sleeping in a sunbeam. She loves to play with string toys or catnip mice, but she isn’t terribly fond of other cats or dogs, and she’d prefer to be a single pet in the household. Lucy has had some digestive problems in the past, but with trial and error she is now eating a diet that mostly agrees with her. She’ll need to continue this food regimen in her new home.  Lucy is currently in foster care. Meet and greets can be arranged once an application is approved.

Due to COVID-19, we are giving preference to residents of  Monterey County and Santa Cruz County.
