Hey Mickey! This handsome 6-month-old “tween” kitten is a bit shy until you get to know him, but once you’ve earned his trust he’s on your lap for snuggles and head-rubs. Mickey has had a long road to adoption after coming to AFRP as a tiny bottle kitten. Unfortunately he tested positive for ringworm (a fungal skin issue) as a youngster, and it took many months of treatment at our AFRP Clinic for him to finally be cleared for adoption. Mickey had to put his kitten-hood on hold, and now he’s ready to make up for lost time! He’s looking for a quiet, understanding and patient adopter that will give him time to adjust to his new environment. In return, he’ll love you forever! Mickey is currently at our Petco adoption location at the Del Monte Center in Monterey. Meet and greets can be arranged after your required online cat application has been received and approved.
