Wishes Can Happen!
There are a number of animal-related items that help us care for our animals that are needed on a continuous basis. If you want to lend a hand in providing for our animals, check out our Amazon wish list or Chewy wish list which allows you to order directly from their sites to fulfill our needs. We update the list as our needs change, and are always grateful to receive these packages.
Thank you for purchasing items off our Wish Lists! Due to Amazon.com and Chewy.com protecting their customers’ information, we are unable to express our gratitude with an automatic thank you letter. If you need a thank you letter/donation receipt, please email admin@animalfriendsrescue.org
Items we always need include:
- Puppy Pads
- Cat Litter (Clumping, Non-clumping, Pellets)
- X-pens (all sizes)
- No-pull Dog Harnesses
- Feliway & Adaptil
- Baby Gates
- Rescue Disinfectant
- Trash Bags
- Paper Towels
- Dish Soap
- Liquid Hand Soap
- Batteries
- Copy Paper
- Gift Cards (Chewy, Amazon, Petco, Petsmart, Target, Walmart)
- Postage Stamps
Due to the generosity of our community, our shelves are overflowing with donated items such as towels, blankets, litter boxes, dog beds, and sheets and we do not have room for any more at this time. So we are currently not able to take any donations of these items, not do we accept pillows, mattresses or oversized items. We are so grateful for the items we receive, but if we accept items that aren't on our list and don't have space for them, we must use our resources like time and gas to deliver these items to other organizations that are accepting them.
If you have items you'd like to donate and are not sure if we can use them, please email us at info@animalfriendsrescue.org with a description of the items and we will respond within two business days.
If you are dropping off items in person, please bring them to our office located at 46 Garden Court in Monterey, CA, 93940. Our current office hours are M-F 1pm-5pm, but please note that hours are subject to change.
PLEASE DO NOT DROP ITEMS OFF AFTER HOURS OR JUST LEAVE THEM AT OUR DOORS.
